CRM & Automation
What is marketing automation?
Marketing automation delivers the right message at the right moment based on what someone actually did, rather than on a fixed schedule. In practice it closes the gaps where revenue leaks: the enquiry nobody followed up, the trial that went quiet, the customer never asked for a review.
Automation fails when it is bought before the process exists. Teams buy a platform, wire a welcome email and stop. The tool was never the constraint — the constraint is that nobody defined what should happen after each customer action, who owns it, and what counts as success.
Behavioural triggers responding to real actions read as attentive. Generic scheduled sends read as spam. The difference is design, not software.
