Lead Generation
What is lead generation?
Lead generation is the system that identifies people in market, captures them at the point of intent, qualifies them, and routes them to the right owner while interest is still warm. It is a process, not a channel — which is why buying more traffic rarely fixes a lead problem on its own.
Most teams assume they need more leads. More often the volume already exists and the system underneath leaks: forms asking the wrong questions, no scoring, slow follow-up, no routing logic. Adding spend to a leaking funnel multiplies waste rather than revenue.
The measure that matters is booked qualified conversations, not form fills. Those two numbers diverge quickly when capture is optimised without qualification.
