CRM & Automation
What is revenue operations (RevOps)?
Revenue operations is the work of making marketing, sales and finance agree on one version of the truth: clean CRM data, pipeline stages with clear entry and exit criteria, and attribution that survives scrutiny. Its purpose is to make revenue decisions defensible rather than instinctive.
The symptom is familiar: three departments reporting three different numbers, and a forecast the team privately distrusts. The cause is usually architecture and hygiene — duplicate records, stages meaning different things to different reps, fields nobody fills reliably.
This follows you to a new platform if it is not fixed first, which is why we rarely recommend changing CRM as the opening move.
