Web & Conversion
What is conversion rate optimization (CRO)?
CRO is the practice of increasing the share of visitors who take a meaningful action, by removing friction and testing changes against real behaviour. Because it improves traffic you have already paid for, the gain compounds across every future visitor rather than ending when the campaign does.
Useful CRO starts with evidence, not opinion. Analytics, session behaviour and enquiry quality show where people leave and why. Redesigning a page on instinct often moves the number in the wrong direction and nobody notices for a quarter.
Small tests on low-traffic pages rarely reach significance. We concentrate effort where volume makes a result readable, and treat the rest as judgement calls rather than pretending they were tested.
