CRM & Automation
Should we fix our CRM or replace it?
Usually fix it first. Most CRM complaints trace to architecture and data hygiene — duplicate records, stages meaning different things to different people, fields nobody fills honestly — and those problems migrate with you. A new platform makes them look better without making them true.
Replacement is warranted when the platform genuinely blocks a process you need, when licensing costs no longer make sense, or when integration limits have become the constraint. That is a real finding, just a less common one than vendors suggest.
Either way, the data model and pipeline definitions have to be designed before anything is migrated. A migration that carries the old confusion across is the most expensive way to end up exactly where you started.
