Lead Generation
What is a growth audit, and what should it produce?
A growth audit diagnoses where growth is actually constrained — visibility, conversion, qualification, follow-up or retention — rather than assuming it is the channel you spend most on. It should produce a prioritized fix list you could act on without the auditor, and a baseline you keep either way.
The test of a good audit is whether its findings are ranked by recoverable value and whether you could hand them to another team. An audit whose only output is a proposal for the next phase is a sales document with a diagnostic cover.
Ask what the baseline is, when it was taken relative to the work starting, and which findings are causal versus correlational. Those three questions separate measurement from narrative.
